Guest Capacity: 100 persons on main floor, 49 persons in basement

Seating: 73 metal folding chairs, 60 wooden theater seats, total 133
Tables: 5 folding cafeteria
Other Amenities: raised stage, hardwood dancefloor, large concrete patio area
Kitchen for storage & serving food only (not for food preparation)
Parking for 75 vehicles
Pricing
Rental pricing is determined by day of the week & the duration of the event. Half day, hourly or recurring rentals are available. A damage and key deposit is also required on the day of the event.
| Starting Sept 1, 2012, rates for weekend days will increase to $400 for non-amplified music events and $600 for amplified music events. |
